Synopsis

A group of graduating students prove they will die for their art, and some will kill for it. When an underground cult resurfaces after 50 years, these students find themselves at the mercy of a supernatural force.

"There is only truth in pain" - Garth Stroman

This film saw us building a basement, clad in concrete on a raised platform to allow for a section of the ground to give way into a pool. We built a large torture device that held six contorted dummies in claustrophobic cages and two actors either side. Notably: we had a team of artists creating bespoke canvases for dressing and amended an old dentist's chair into a working BDSM death chair. Redressing a manor house into student accommodation was also part of the work we undertook.

I worked with Designer Dominic Devine, Construction Manager Nigel "Archie" Knowles, and Propmaker Boyd Chester-Freeman to name a few of the Art Dept.
