ABOUT CHARLES DE LA MARE
Charles broke into Science Fiction features in 2016, working as Art Director for Tony Noble (of MOON 2005 fame). Since then he has been in development of another. The details of which are not yet public. Meanwhile, he works as Assistant Production Designer to Blair Burnette (Creativepool's 2017 Newcomer of the Year)
His artworking and scriptwriting skills, along with an aptitude for conceptual free-thinking, positions him as a promising Early Development Art Director.
Charles was among the UK's first Virtual Reality Art Directors. He continues to experiment with New Media, citing the work of Alex McDowell as a major inspiration
